25-26 NEPS Afternoon Car Rider Form

Afternoon Car Rider Notification
If your child will be an afternoon car rider on a regular basis and will not be taking their assigned bus home, please complete the Car Rider Form and sent it in to your child's teacher. Be sure to circle the days 
your child will be a car rider.
Note: This form is also required for all School Choice students.
